Moody Gardens has unveiled its latest attraction, the “Dinos Alive” exhibit, which opened on Saturday. This exciting new addition invites guests to immerse themselves in a thrilling prehistoric-themed adventure.
The spring attraction showcases jungle-themed pathways adorned with realistic animatronic dinosaurs, including a massive Tyrannosaurus rex and other species such as Triceratops, Brachiosaurus, and Apatosaurus.
Guests embark on an exhilarating adventure, diving into a time-travel rescue narrative in which they set out to find a lost plane and its crew, encountering fascinating prehistoric creatures along the way. The exhibit seamlessly combines entertainment and education, creating a narrative-driven environment that captivates both children and adults alike.
The attraction features not only dinosaur displays but also an interactive dig site where children can hunt for fossils. Additionally, there are themed retail areas and various photo opportunities available for visitors.
Officials at Moody Gardens characterized the exhibit as an interactive experience designed to engage visitors in the realms of science and narrative.
Access to “Dinos Alive” comes complimentary with a Value Pass. Visitors can purchase bundled packages that grant access to the park's 3D and 4D theater experiences.
Packages start at $20 for adults and $17 for children aged 4 to 12. Admission is complimentary for children aged 3 and under.
The exhibit debuted on April 25 and is expected to remain a feature of Moody Gardens’ spring lineup.
